The organizational behavior refers to the study of knowledge and its application on how individuals and groups operate in organizations. This process deduces people-organization relationships in terms of the entire person, entire team, entire organization, and entire social system. Its intention is to develop better relationships that ensure human, organizational and social objectives are achieved. Thus the organizational behavior covers a wide range of topics including leadership, human behavior, teams and organizational changes. In this paper we link the organizational behavior to the text provided and give the findings and conclusions in the article.

The computer supported team based learning technique has been elaborated in the article. The study of this technique indicates that there are several benefits of teamwork and collaboration within a learning organization. This learning technique encompasses learning in small teams where students meet face-to-face as well as online with the emphasis on team interactions. The technique shifts focus from the traditional classroom lecturing to student groups that discuss readings, solve problems and apply concepts learnt through individual reading. In this way the teams are organized and behave in a manner that deepens their learning experience develop active learning. This organizational behavior has been assessed and results indicate that motivation, enjoyment and team contributions add value to the education experience which results in better learning outcomes (Gomez, Wu & Passerini 2010, p. 378). This technique has ensured that the learners and their institutions have achieved their respective objectives.

Moreover, the leadership and social influence are concepts of organizational behavior linked from the article. Leadership and social influence have been studied in several organizational behaviors research programs. There are transformational and charismatic leadership theories that have guided past research on leadership. The understanding of leadership focuses on the leader-follower relationship which could be analyzed to assess the degree of influence and capacity to lead. The personal capability to be effective leader is mainly out of emotional intelligence. This intelligence includes the problem solving techniques as well as non-cognitive form of intelligence. The researchers have established that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and the capability to lead and influence. Thus leaders who have high emotional intelligence are able to perceive emotion, think about it, understand and manage it effectively. Those leaders with high intelligence feel more secure and are able to control and influence life events which stimulate and motivate followers (Brown & Moshavi 2005, p. 867, 868 & 869).

The findings on computer assisted team based learning indicate that this organizational behavior has supplemented learning interactions by extending experiences outside the classroom. There is a possibility that it could be improved in future by elimination of its existing weaknesses (Gomez et al. 2010, p. 389). The conclusion on leadership and social influence concepts is that their relationship with emotional intelligence attracts more research to generate an understanding which could improve their understanding (Brown & Moshavi 2005, p. 870). In conclusion, organizational behavior in several organizations is geared towards achievement of their objectives and goals.
